Colonial MOnterey

The Colonial Monterey style was used to blend into the El Cid Historic District. The 5500 square foot home maximizes the views of the Intracoastal while creating a private oasis in the pool area, with a waterfall, cabana and covered colonnade to the garage. The home is scheduled for completion in spring of 2024.
