Intracoastal Modern

The house was specifically designed to take advantage of the beautiful view of the Intracoastal. The color and material palette are light to give the home a softer appearance. It is a spacious home, with 8300 square feet of living space, and 10,000 square feet under the roof. Additionally, there is a rooftop deck where you can relax and enjoy the stunning view of the Intracoastal. The house is expected to be finished by the summer of 2025.
