The private home was designed for a client in the greater Miami area. The client wished to reference the mid-century modern period. The goal was to create layers of privacy for the home from the street. After entering the gated driveway, one enters the front garden via the second gate before reaching the front door. The house opens to the water, with 180-degree views of water from the master bedroom. The rooftop deck offers breathtaking water views.
